All of our Canada-wide locations can processes your warranty, providing direct to manufacturer testing for the most dependable warranty process.

Here are our four easy warranty steps:

1. Contact a Voltloop battery expert to start your warranty process (Have your invoice or order number ready).

2. Drop off your warranty, schedule a pickup or ship it to one of our Canada wide locations.

3. Based on manufacturer standards, we test your product to diagnose the problem.

4. After testing, we will contact you with the results and schedule the next steps.

Battery Warranties

Trojan Battery Warranties

Trojan battery warranties vary based on their wide product line:

  1. Trojan Lithium-Ion Batteries have a 8 year total warranty (6 year full replacement and 2 year pro-rated).
  2. Trojan AES batteries have a 3 year replacement warranty.
  3. Trojan AGM batteries have a 2 year total warranty (1 year replacement and 1 year pro-rated).
  4. Trojan Signature Line Flooded batteries have a 1 year replacement warranty (Except for batteries T-105, T-875 and T-1275 which have a 18 month warranty).
  5. Trojan Deep Cycle Flooded Line batteries have a 1 year replacement warranty.
  6. Trojan Marine/RV Line Flooded Series have a 1 year replacement warranty.
  7. Trojan Deep Cycle Gel batteries have a 2 year total warranty (1 year replacement and 1 year pro-rated).
  8. Trojan Solar Signature Line Flooded Series batteries have a 2 year total warranty (1 year replacement and 1 year pro-rated). With the exception of SSIG 12 95, SSIG 12 120, SSIG 12 145 which have a 1 year total warranty.
  9. Trojan Solar Premium Line Flooded Series Batteries have a 7 year total warranty (24 month replacement and 60 month pro-rated).
  10. Trojan Solar AGM Series batteries have a 36 month replacement warranty.

Magnavolt Battery Warranties

Magnavolt premium sealed lead acid batteries have a 12 month full replacement warranty and a 6 month cycling application warranty.

Magnasport Battery Warranties

Magnasport batteries for all motorcycle, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft and snowmobiles have a 12 month free replacement warranty. With the exception of the MTX Series which has a 24 month free replacement warranty.

Odyssey Battery Warranties

Odyssey battery warranties vary based on their multiple lines:

  1. Odyssey Extreme Powersport Series batteries have a 2 year replacement or repair warranty.
  2. Odyssey Performance Engine Start Series batteries have a 3 year regular warranty and 2 year APU/Cycling warranty.
  3. Odyssey Extreme Engine Start Series have a 4 year regular warranty and 2 year APU/Cycling warranty.
  4. Odyssey Performance Marine Series batteries have a 3 year regular warranty and 2 year APU/Cycling warranty.
  5. Odyssey Extreme Marine Series batteries have a 3 year regular warranty and 2 year APU/Cycling warranty.

Fullriver Battery Warranties

Fullriver DC Series battery warranties are as follows:

  1. DC Series batteries 85Ah or higher have a 2 year regular warranty and a 7 year warranty used in residential solar PV and other residential renewable energy applications.
  2. DC Series batteries 70Ah or lower have a 1 year regular warranty.

Full Throttle batteries have up to a 4 year full replacement warranty:

  1. Automotive: 4 years free replacement.
  2. Audio: 4 years total (2 years free / 2 years pro-rata)
  3. Commercial Power Sports Customer Modification: 2 years free replacement.
  4. Electric Race Cart (E-Cart): 6 month warranty.

Relion Battery Warranties

Relion battery warranties are as follows:

  1. Legacy Series (RB models) have a 10 year total warranty period, with a 3 year free replacement or repair warranty.
  2. Legacy Series (RB 48V models) have a 10 year total warranty period*, with a 7 year free replacement or repair warranty. *Renewable energy applications only.
  3. 12V Insight Series have a 10 year total warranty period, with a 5 year free replacement or repair warranty.
  4. 24V Insight Series have a 10 year total warranty period, with a 5 year free replacement or repair warranty.
  5. 48V Insight Series have a 10 year total warranty period, with a 7 year free replacement or repair warranty.

Inventus Power battery warranties are as follows:

  1. PROformance Series (U1LiFePRO Series, U1LiFePRO HD Series and PROTRXion Series) batteries have a 4 year manufacturer limited warranty.
  2. Inventus Power U1LiFe Series batteries have a 1 year manufacturer limited warranty.
