We have pickup locations in 20 cities across Canada, just head to the checkout page to find the city nearest to you!


What’s the address of my pickup order?

The address of your pickup order will be sent in the pickup confirmation email.  We work with multiple vendor across Canada to make it as convenient as possible to pickup your orders. When you place an order, we locate available inventory, along with the best price from our vendors. All our pickup locations are within 20km of the city center.


Do you have a core fee on batteries?

No! Our listed prices are final. All charges apart from applicable taxes and shipping are included.

Where can I return my old batteries?

All of our pickup locations are Registered Recycling Depots, which allows them to dispose of any and all scrap batteries using a controlled and regulated system.


How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your order tracking number. You will also receive notifications through e-mail or text to inform you of any shipping updates.


Can I change my order?

Change orders can be completed provided that your order has not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has been processed or shipped, restocking fees will apply.


What is the warranty on my purchase?

All products have full manufacturer warranty which varies for each product and manufacturer. Refer to product listings for warranty details.
